About Laura

Mrs. Weld is a California transplant who now makes her home in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains with her beloved husband and three children. She holds a B.A. in English and American Literature from New York University and presently does freelance writing and editing from home while seeking publication of her first novel.

Laura has utilized her communication and creative skills in various fields including education, travel, business consulting, website design and finance. In 2011, she founded SALT & LIGHT creations© – an online greeting card business that combines three of her greatest loves: the Lord, travel and photography.
